This is a bit of an about face in the revelations of Canopy Health.

To facilitate participation in Canopy Health research efforts by notable medical scientists and
provide equity ownership opportunities, the Company’s initial ownership in Canopy Health has been
limited to a minority position and is likely to be reduced over time. Canopy Health is a Canadian
Controlled Private Corporation.
