Where would Eric get any money to make such a deal anymore. His dilution days are pretty much over and he can't even come up with enough cash to even file the financials. He sucked the well dry and no rain in the forecast. I'm thinking many investors wish they had sold even if they could only get .0001

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
