What's in the filings wont matter because they will be filings for the dead shell. What's important is that they come and the shell is brought current so the merger can take place.

These filings will be ugly...all these shell merger filings are ugly. The ss and what the merging in entity have is what makes it awesome...we know what's coming in and its huge!!
