It seems logical to me that management would introduce the new PR firm before having them make official IMEXF announcements. Which is what I think they are doing here. I will wait to see if a real announcement on the progress of the business is forthcoming in the next few weeks before deciding what to do with my shares. At this juncture a trader can buy, sell or make the decision to do nothing until he has more information.
