I certainly knew nothing more than anyone else on iHub, but I think Metrospaces killed the Golden Stock. On 6-22-17, while still under the governance of the SEC, Metrospaces filed an 8K expressly stating that they would file current financials, etc. no later than 71 days after June 12th (or approximately August 22nd); they did not follow through as promised, nor did they file an Amended 8K required by SEC rules. The current financials did not appear until 2018, AFTER they unilaterally de-registered the stock with the SEC on 3-9-18.

Additionally, they’ve made the vaguest claims of supposed activities with no proof. Etelix IPO=Silence; Cannabis=Silence; Real estate/winery sales=Silence.

I’m stuck down here with the rest of you hoping to make a profit, but I don’t trust them anymore. I think the market feels the same, which is why the PPS doesn’t change.
