When they get paid from the notes, and no longer need to dilute to generate cash, the stock can go over $1 in days... problem solved.... remember what you saw was a PRE... and when they get a de-list notice they have to respond in order to extend the process, so what you saw in the response was a juke and the real move was the notes and preferreds..... no need to r/s at that point...when a company is r/s it's not a good sign of business health.... Institutional investors will not pour 100+ million into an unhealthy organization. There is something good here....IMHO
