Why did someone pay 3's when you can buy 2's all day long? Been that way for weeks and months.

Each day for the past few months 10-30 million shares have been on the bid , getting bought , then the bid refills the next morning. Today it's 160 million.

As someone else said it looks like a MM has been hired to get rid of shares in an orderly manner.
