To me it’s a risk free signal from Berlin. If no deal soon then obviously someone will license it if the EMA approves. In addition, it is highly unlikely that ADXS even has the ability to unilaterally terminate the Phase 3 without breaching the contract with Stendhal. Stendhal has already paid ADXS money towards the trial under the agreement. Not to mention, are they going to leave hundreds of patients flapping in the wind? Very little chance of this happening, imo.
