I agree with FD's posts 40972 and 40974 as far as the ALJ judge and process, just not the final decision, since the Company has publicly filed documents with admissions,
That said, it's questionable/doubtful the ALJ's decision would be challenged. But if challenged, that just means more shareholder contributions to support lawyers. Oh well!
