There is absolutely only one reason to have a groundbreaking and set up a flagpole event. That is to prepare for the selling of shares for the MANY EXTREMELY TOXIC LOANS that were to come.

Then there was the first "PR" company who did absolutely nothing and in fact basically said the same as this one, "please direct all question to mmex "investor relations". Like there really is any kind of "investor relations".

Every one of the so called milestones have been set up to keep the carrot dangled just barley in the face of investors. Very subtle job.
