FD, you're replying to comments made by uksausage. I appreciate you stating "not saying" or "I did not say", but my reply was to his post and words, not your previous post. Again, what you are saying is nice, but other cases have ended differently, so I do not agree with that conclusion.

Not saying the ALJ was illegally appointed. The supreme court made their decision regarding the SEC's process regarding these types of hearings. I did not say thrown out. I said I believe the Judge will rule in GDSI's favor based on the ALJ April ruling. It appears that the company has complied with the Judges order regarding it's proposed schedule.
