I don't know if it is false confidence or not. It was with a heavy heart that I pulled the trigger on the sell.

It could be a huge mistake. Even if they do plan on creating more preferred shares, why not wait until the current ones are converted before increasing the a/s and creating more?

For all I know they are just trying to scare out shares from people like me before a big move.
