Surprised to read only 5 shareholders had filed complaints with SEC. We, as a group, will not bring these crooks to justice without more unity.
The suspects:
Donald W. Springer - co founder of the Colton Group
Russell H Packer - CFO GeoOptics
Allen Cocumelli - member of Calif Bar Assoc
Renee Warden - Heritage Insurance Holdings
MarDee Haring-Layton - ?
Alfred H. Falk - ringleader

Need SEC scrutiny upon each and every individual. They are all personally responsible to shareholders. Only if we demand.

This would be a great article for San Diego Newspaper.
