This is what makes me crazy. For a company that doesn't communicate very much, there is one thing they have communicated multiple times, and that is the projected completion time for the saftey study. I was going back and looking at all the 8K's, annual reports, quarter reports, company presentations, and company website. They have delayed the time frame on the expected completion of the safety study many times. I actually forgot how many there were until i started digging through all the announcements. I just can't fathom why they would announce once again that they expect the study would be complete in the 2nd quarter of 2018, if there was even a small percent chance that it would not be completed. Why not just be safe and say it would be completed in 3rd quarter, and if anything announce the results ahead of schedule and surprise everyone? Its just so insane to me at this point. It is hard for me to think anything other than two options, either its a shady reason, or its just pure incompetence, neither of which are good. Obviously I understand that it is not the end of the quarter yet, and they still could announce something at any moment, but at this point, my confidence level has been beaten up. And again, if they insist on being quiet, and hold things close to the vest, and not communicate to the shareholders, I can be ok with that. But in that case then shut the hell up about safety study completion projections as well, and stop given projections that never transpire, keep those close to the vest along with all the other things you refuse to communicate to your shareholders.
