Well.....you're still accumulating. That being said, it was all legit, prior, just timing & economic policies weren't good - wait--strike that. The original Shanxi Poar deal (when the stock soared to $74/ps) was a bait & switch by the Chinese- they wanted CCTI/SAIC to remediate toxic land and have us pay for the privilege of using our own technology. IMO, that was the only one that was really dubious, as SP had ulterior motives.

The reporting requirements for a University are very different from private institutions - very rigorous & very rigid. From my experience working in research & grant writing, I'd say the UofW partnership is legit.
