[Moving On]

The OTC Market site says there are 1.22 Billion outstanding on that ticker down from 9.5 Billion. On ILST there are 1.936 Billion outstanding. She says they are not planning on a reverse split. The press release I posted laid out part of the plan in detail. When she gets current with the OTC here we will see what she does. If at that time she says she wants to lower the share count then so be it. If there were 9.5 Billion share out here, I would be leery, but there are not. She can easily leave the count at 1.936 Billion.
