So if 3 R/S at 35:1 are coming, what was the point in raising the A/S from 350 million to 1.5 billion? Even at 350 million they would effectively have around a billion shares after 3 splits assuming they max out each time, that just doesn’t make much sense...and if the 8k is correct and they suspect this is preferred share conversion what’s the point in splittin? It’ll just immediately return to these levels, likely even faster with an R/S on the books, outside of just burning the company to the ground I don’t follow the line of logic
