It shouldn't be rocket science, and they should have some pretty clear ideas where the money will come from (with several Plan Bs besides TRW-loan and possible pre-IPO).

The market doesn't believe that Solomon will and/or will be able to distribute the cash dividend in Q4, so it's too bad they choose to not disclose their thoughts to the market.
