RELYQ shares were canceled on 5/9/18. Each 200 shares of RELYQ were to be exchanged for 1 share of the new company, Elah Holdings (ELLH). ELLH is currently trading on the grey market (just like PIOE was before it went to the pink sheets). I see a price of $80 per share for ELLH on otcmarkets.

Although there is currently no connection between PIOE and Elah, don't you think there is a possibility for PIOE to acquire this company? Not only Elah, but also other Webb and/or Alpert holdings??
