Upon doing some research here, the players involved (Paul Enright and Marvin Winick) seem to have a pretty shady history.

They have filed multiple "Statements Curing Delinquency" in years past, only to become delinquent again, and again.

With that being said, they might actually do something this time, then again they might not. If they file an Article of Reinstatement, and if they find a reputable buyer for this shell, then this stock might really turn into something good. Could also be a pump and dump, like the last time, where some made big money that got in early.
