Dan Dunce and Otto Pichler the SRSR directors at the time 18 months or so ago, cooked up a scam deal with an ex felon lawyer Randy Goulding to 'sell' the Nemegosenda property (SRSR's only asset) to IGEX a worthless shell without the consent of the creditors.
The master plan was to super dilute the existing SRSR shareholders (without raising any money of course) and give the three perpetrators free stock.
SRSR/Nio Star creditors complained to FINRA, the SEC, the Ontario Securities Commission and the IGEX auditor.
The deal was abandoned.
The IGEX scheme was an attempt, in my opinion, solely to feed the greed glands of Dan Byrnes, Otto Pichler and lawyer Randy Goulding at the expense of SRSR stakeholders.
IGEX matters as it clearly illustrates, in my opinion, that the SRSR directors are not concerned its shareholder's interest, only their own.
This 'behaviour' also resulted, prompted in creditors suing Nio Star, the 100% SRSR owned Canadian Ontario company (the operating company)for over $2 MM dollars for unpaid bills.
The creditors were using their own capital to pay for the property taxes, the core storage of 5,700 metres of drill core, paid the Nevada registration, accountants, other sundry costs on behalf of SRSR/Nio Star.
Since current management was hostile to the creditors but they have not paid any of the bills. Without the 5,700 metres of drill core, the archive of millions of dollars needed for verification for the property to be developed SRSR loses it 2nd major asset second to the property itself.
Biting the hand that feeds you is not good policy for dogs or businessmen.
Then the genius trio borrowed, against the property, from Pottsy's company $50 k on an aborted SE Zone drill project that they advertised would be 40 holes (3 short 40 metre holes) holes, metallurgical tests (none), assays (no assays) , a report (no report) and they would 'do more in 3 months than Keevil did in 8 years'.
Instead not ONE peep about it, the driller is owed $21k among others. I have been in the mineral exploration in the Northern Ontario Boreal Forest for 30 years and this was the most botched up mess I have ever see
As you can see Otto, Dan and now Pootsy have dug SRSR into a mammoth crevice which was exclusively a function of their inexperience, greed, ignorance and bitterness.
