..On August 17, 2017..letter of intent to purchase
..At April 30, 2018 the Company had paid $225000 towards the overall purchase price of $2.6 Million to acquire 100% of CogoSense company, including its technology assets, revenue, stream and customer base.

The letter of intent was from 9 months ago. Onci collected $1 million in revenue (partially in cash) in the last three months. We are owners of Cogosense by law hence we are paid for software-App sales.
