Which filings are you referring to exactly?

I have been trading this stock back and forth in the 90s and a couple of times when it breached a dollar.

Personally I see no Rhyme or Reason why it broke above a dollar outside of the fact that it could possibly have had some shorts in it prior to the gap down/crash.

I do hope the company gets taken over or they get reverse merged into or perhaps Simply Mulch with a equal or larger Pharma company.. I've been waiting for an actual bonafied catalyst to even consider getting long again for longer than just a few days
