Every time an unsuspecting buyer obtains shares of this Q stock, which by definition is worthless, he or she is just adding to the massive profits that front-loaders are getting from .0045. Take for example someone that bought 20 mil at .0045. The 90k that was spent at that level is now worth over 1 million dollars. Of course you are going to hear lots of pie in the sky stories when so much money is being made off of unsuspecting newbies.
