MONTREAL--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 28, 2006 -- Grand Entertainment & Music, Inc. (Other OTC:GMSC.PK - News) announces that the company has finalized a distribution agreement with Reyes Music.
This agreement would distribute the entire current catalogue of Grand Entertainment & Music, Inc. The agreement is a straight forward, non-exclusive distribution contract and Grand Entertainment & Music, Inc. will maintain full licensing authority. Under the terms of the contract, Grand will be paid $7 per unit sold. Reyes Music distributes throughout North and South America, Spain and the Caribbean and has been a leader in Latin Music for more than thirty-five years.
