Ok so Solomon promising dividend based on future assumptions and expectations makes the whole thing much better?

For last 10 years I havent manage to pay his bills and still doesnt.

Why not
Prio 1, stop printing shares.
Prio 2, pay dividend

Any sane CEO would make that conclusion, just this board that can't see clear after being screwed for years.
