And if you say they own 40% of the o/s, why fail to mention this:

(2) Includes options to purchase 12,000,000 shares of common stock.
(3) Includes options to purchase 650,000 shares of common stock.

You cannot include options and then say they hold 40% of the o/s, this is nonsense. Insiders don´t hold 40% of the o/s.
46,028,525 this is the float, and 54m is the o/s. Not 40%!
