I have seen these as well and this complaint is one side of things without what will surely be a lot of filling in the blanks if this ever goes to trial. This is the SEC stating its case as they think it happened, which is a long long way from actually proving anything that is being stated in the complaint. I am sure lots of this will get thrown out in pre-trial motions and we will see what the SEC is left with come trial day to actually have to prove to a jury! I see a lot in this complaint that just doesn’t pass muster.
