If voters say YES, they continue to dilute and eventually the price goes back below $1. Rinse and repeat. Death Spiral Financing.
If voters say NO, they delist and stock price tanks and they continue to dilute and do the reverse splits anyways just like I warned about DCTH.
Either way, shareholders lose.
As I've said: There is no rush to buy HMNY. If longs were smart, they'd sell now, and buy back 6-12 months from now (if ever). You'd own so many more shares/% of the company. I warned others to sell in the double digit dollar amounts and buy back lower. A few listened, a few did not. Do you want to guess which ones regret not listening to me?
