All from conversions of the massive 32 billion potential shares in the existing toxic death spiral convertible debt.

NBRI is worthless. And thankfully, no one seems to be buying their BS anymore. They seem to have run out of new bagholders to buy the worthless shares from the toxic death spiral holders who are converting at $0.00005 or less.
