IMO, William never has been. That was Luthers idea. There were many times that Luther told me that he(Luther) was the New Owner even from way back in 2014 all the way to just before he died when he tried to convince me that Kratom was a medicine. Telling me "I'm the Owner now Jorge and I have the paperwork to prove it"....and when I asked to show me the paperwork , He did an eddie vakser and he went Dead Silent ( Pun intended). His estate would have taken eddie to court if they had the paperwork. I knew he didnt have it
