I'll be surprised if no one bites on B, though we're getting to the end of the road on B-OM BTD. Going back to the $.25 shares discussion, your argument that the company needed to sell more shares than the Agreement allowed in the given time-frame makes sense and is consistent with the Agreement terms. This would mean the sale was outside the Agreement, however, because the Agreement allows for a mutually-agreed modification to sale volume not sale price. At least that's my close and careful reading.

Financing under such conditions, where you cannot raise capital reliably at market rates, is not good. Leo knows this and is no doubt hustling. Management cut expenses back heavily in Q4. I'm sure he's under a lot of pressure with friends and colleagues, and Aspire is not a happy banker. Hopefully we've got a B deal or good P news coming.
