Sammy, was the 10-KSB stated to be both an annual report and a transition report? If so, arent those two reports supposed to be separate?

If true, wouldn't this mean that the 10-KSB doesn't meet the requirements of SEC Regulation S-B since the required 2 yrs of operating results necessary by Item 310 of Reg S-B were absent?

Does the SEC HAVE to accept a non-compliant filing?
