The way I analyze this case, all big dogs do not like to pay the first place anyway, so they like to
apply this grind it, drag it and ride it till all the wheels fall off scheme. but
WDDD is a very interesting case, it does not have to pay attorneys up front
and it has a pot stock as a back up, so money is not a problem for WDDD,I think ACTI miscalculated the whole strategy.
