When the company was forced into Chapter 11, why did the most recent management respond with Chapter 7? A Chapter 11 forces reorganization of the board, ousting the management, and rather than be replaced they chose to kill the company with Chapter 7, leaving themselves the opportunity to bid on its remains.

It looks to me like everybody wants it all, and there's not a lot of love for the shareholders in this fight.

The only question to ask is whether rabble-rousing will help us at all. Does it matter to the SHAREHOLDERS (look -- all caps used for selective emphasis) whether the trustee likes Marshall or Dodd more? Because neither option is going to get us back into Chapter 11, and without that, there is no motivation for us.

It's kind of pointless to try to fix blame on a sinking ship. Fix the ship if you can, but blame won't change anything.
