The company has not made mention of any reverse splits. You can go to state of incorporation sites and for 20 bucks usually you can find out what the A/S and sometimes even the O/S is.

Look up the state of incorporation and find out if it's changed. They all have to file with the state.

To my knowledge, the A/S was raised to 1B to meet some deal requirements. There has been no proof shown to me for or against dilution, or needs to R/S the sharestructure.

1 billion on the A/S is somewhat frightening, however i'll gamble they will do the right thing.
