Martin, SIAF is still the only Chinese small cap that got the dividend policy right. Not even Garrett thought that they would do it. Whereas I said they didn't have a choice. But they still have to do it.

This is a strong message they are sending. And they deserve some credit for it. If we have 2 weeks of no O/S increases then I think it's time to start calling friends and family and get some more buyers here. We can make this a united effort.
