Read the report and no info provided of names and type of MS used (but inferred that ones using only wipe samples presented to fixed site MS contained in specific or special designated room operation). Even though the final report update was I think Nov 2017, this does connote that mobile MS vapor readers were not in use in department of corrections facilities?

Looking more like I was correct to surmise Fall of 2018, will be first
chance for testing our mobile reader in Legal Stoppage and Breathe Test.
And, possibly we possess no cold weather ambient conditions testing info.
Legal challenges coming our way?
I still would profess our mobile breathe readers are less then 90% accuracy in inclimate (sp) conditions . . . maybe to be found less than 80%.
Highway taken breathe samples may simply be impossible to prove successfully in court challenge (e.g. test subject noted diesel smoker vehicle just passed by and hype-breath such before testing, or roadway
dust/rain screws testing results. A quick mouth wash drink consumed before stop might neutralize device blow accuracy with false positives?
Visual, etc. tests may still carry the day foremost herein.
Note we have no concrete scientific info to us investors that
shows road-side testing is valid and useable.
