FWIW : I placed a call to the Port Authority and Travis Tyler, Executive director, is supposed to phone me this afternoon. The minutes will not be available until July 16!

Public agencies that have monthly meetings typically don't have minutes approved until their next meeting. Staff drafts the minutes during the month and then they are reviewed and approved by the Board the subsequent meeting. That's why my news is always a month behind.
