Just saw this for the first time today. I'm on my phone so this is the best I can copy it, but it's under reviews on UAT FB page.

The AR-15 platform was "invented" by Eugene Stoner for Armalite who sold their "rights" to Colt. Colt is the original manufacturer. The UBR-16 is a AR-15 M4 variant. It was developed in house and then assembly of the original weapons was contracted out to Adams Arms due to its patented piston system which was licensed and incorporated into the in house design. The UBR-16 is slated to be released the beginning of 2019 and is a UAT wholly owned and developed product.
