On March 23, 2017 The Company IDGlobal Corp. agreed to a Conversion and Debt
Settlement Agreement to complete the Prior obligation due to Corr Brands, Inc under an MOU
and Licensing and Distribution Agreement executed in June of 2014 which gives the
company exclusive worldwide rights to the development, sale, and distribution of “Green
Rush” Products until December of 2017. The Company and Corr Brands, Inc. is
currently negotiating extending the partnership through December 2020.
About Corr Brands, Inc.
Corr Brands, Inc. is an Illinois corporation founded originally in 1978 as CORR’S
Ginseng Beverage, Inc, the new holding company for intellectual property (IP) of
Robert J. Corr and his family. The flagship brands are Ginseng Rush and Apple Rush
brands, but also include Green Rush and Hard Rush, to name a few. The Corr family
recently licensed the Apple Rush and Ginseng Rush Brands, The license was granted to
bottle and sell beverages and consumer edibles with the Brands, Apple Rush & Ginseng
Rush.
On May 27, 2017 the company IDGlobal Corp. (OTC:IDGC) is pleased to announce it has
acquired a 50% interest in Prestige Liquids, LLC located inside Glenn Electrics’ 28,000 sq. ft.
facility. Prestige Liquids’ current equipment will manufacture and supply Premium Engine and
Hydraulic Oils, as well as Transmission Fluid for both Proprietary and Private-Label distribution

On September 25, 2017 the company IDGlobal Corp. entered into an agreement of merger
and plan of reorganization, by and among IDGlobal Corp., a Colorado Corporation
(“Company”), IDGreen Corp., a Colorado corporation (“Holdco”) and a direct, totally held
subsidiary of the Company, and Global Green Systems, Inc. a Colorado Corporation
(“Merger-Sub”), and a direct, totally held subsidiary of Holdco. (As of this date 6/13/2018 the
Company has not completed and/or finalized this restructuring).
On October 1, 2017 the company IDGlobal Corp. entered into a consulting services
agreement with Zachary Klassen to assist in marketing high-quality coffee beans and products
from Café La Fortuna, and private labeled coffee for Harbour Trading Co.
(www.harbourtrading.com), an internet-based chef selected seafood meal service, that was listed as
one of “Oprah’s Favorite Things” on Oprah’s Christmas List 2017. Harbour also services
various specialty retailers and foodservice operations.
On December 15, 2017, Encounter Technologies, Inc., a Colorado corporation (US.ENTI.PK)
purchased 71,000,000.00 shares of Series A Preferred Stock in IDGlobal Corp. a/k/a IDGreen Corp., a
Colorado corporation from Sebastien C. DuFort in exchange for the issuance to Mr. DuFort of
7,100,000,000.00 pre-reversal shares of ENTI's common stock. As the direct result of the acquisition
being reported on this form, ENTI controls IDGC. The Reporting Person will file a Schedule 13D to reflect
this transaction within the period required by the Commission's rules and regulations. (This transaction
was rescinded April 2, 2018).
