Thank you for the updates StockBull.

VCPS's moves have been interesting in recent months: big volume in February. Very little volume in March and April. Then decent volume comes in the second half of May.

Then on May 30th they file an extension on their 10K. On June 1 they update their share count and it shows no dilution since March 2, 2018. At this point, things are starting to look interesting again.

Then when it comes time for the 10K to post, nothing!

Now the forward outlook for VCPS looks bleak.

Is VCPS dead money, or is some action just around the corner?
