The management team is considering a proposal for a share consolidation in the form of a one for one thousand (1 for 1000) reverse split.
The share consolidation depends on which one(s) of the various business plans, which are being developed at this time, and will determine the future direction of the Company, are ultimately decided upon.
The reverse split may occur at any time without further notice.
