Dapto took 20 years from inception to market, Dapto was discovered by Eli Lilly back in the 80's but didn't come to market until 2003 under Cubist Pharmaceuticals selling billions. Brilacidin beat dapto in killing ABSSSI. OM & UP trials so far showed B as a safe effective non steroid anti-inflammatory which btw in time inflammation is very destructive to the body. I believe Leo's got the strong hand in negotiations.
