Well there are a fair amount of reasons for a large holder to sell. They could likely have been here a long time and very green. They may have sold lots near tops, held some and waiting but got tired and decided to sell the rest. or maybe its summer time, lots of people sell in summer for various reasons like vacations. There are sayings to "sell in May" etc. It being a real slow time across the markets and this ticker, every sell has an outsized effect. Trumps trade war threat has stopped a lot of action and people are sitting on their hands a lot and then sells drive it down.

I don't think its dilution because if it was, in my mind, they wouldn't care AT ALL what the price was and they would just be looking to sell. It would have started in bigger amounts soon after we hit above .05 and kept driving it down more a linear fashion down until they were out like others do. We haven't done that at all. We tapered down for sure but as far as I can tell its just people slowly stepping out. Mo does need to drop the news relatively soon I would say but there are clearly some big longs here and admittedly people are averaging down. Both good signs imo. $EQLB I continue to average up
