Velocity ledger is a go! Also mentions SEC and FINRA approval for the ATS (Alternative Trading System) which is SSC technology. We were waiting for FINRA approval, not sure why this wasn’t PR’d or SSC was not included in Velocity PR. Check Y2X management!
