Not much for sale at this time. I was surprised to see it remain lower than $2.00 after the tender offer was closed. I wonder how long it will be after the amount of shares and at what price will be announced. I am also anxious to see how Q2 shapes up. Interest rates are going up, so I’m sure refinancing activity might be going up also. People will be kicking themselves for not locking in at these low rates. It is a 30 year mistake......
