Agree that HOT is more likely to be partnered wholesale. Which means we get one shot, and need to get huge money up front....$500m minimum, NEKTAR money ideally.

Blow the HOT deal and ADXS is dead.


That said, we may need to peel off a couple HOT indications and partner them with AXAL or PSA to make them sellable.

So much to oncsider, so little time.
