WSTI/ImpactPPA working on another BIG DEAL, I'm putting the DD together now and will send it to you via PM, there's a lot of info to sift through and the more I dig the better this looks, just need the Company to speak up, which could be soon from what I've been reading.

Things are really moving for ImpactPPA and there will be a solid plan announced for WSTI shortly.
