No, ACI is not the parent company of PURA or USMJ. They (a private entity) just hold a controlling interest of special preferred shares that allow them to control the voting. They have almost no equity in the companies and probably are avoiding doing so because they know they will be diluted into the ground, like has been happening with both.

Even worse, related company USMJ is required to give a 3rd party 51% of any money USMJ ever makes.
